Shippings:
Estimated delivery time for orders: 48-72 hours
The estimated delivery time for personalized piezes is up to 4 weeks
Orders are prepared within the next labor day; once the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Exchanges and Returns:
Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days since the date of receipt of the package.
EYECLECTIC must receive the jewelry piece in perfect conditions within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days at the address that we will provide the customer for the return.
To make a product change, you must follow the following steps:
- Request the return by e-mail to devoluciones@eyeclecticjewels.com within a period not exceeding seven (7) business days following the date of receipt of the product.
- In case of exchanges, the customer must be responsible for both the return costs and the new shipping costs, so the customer must pay us the corresponding fee for its country of living. The item must be returned in its original packaging or in a package of 28x20x13 (cm).
- We recommend that the item be sent by courier or registered mail and to keep the parcel shipping proof.
Warranty
All our designs are handcrafted in Spain and come with a comprehensive warranty that applies to all countries where this product is distributed. The warranty is subject to the current legal provisions in each country.
The warranty covers any potential manufacturing defects that may arise, but does not cover those caused by improper use by the customer (please refer to our CARE section for more information on the proper use and cleaning of these products).
To validate this warranty, it is necessary and mandatory to present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
